Delivery of your package
Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. They are shipped via carrier with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
GLS and Mondial Relay make our deliveries, you receive your products within 3 to 4 days for France, and 10 to 12 days for Europe after placing your order. Your order may also be delivered to a relay point if you are absent during the presentation of the driver or if you choose this delivery method.
Departures from our warehouses for carriers in home delivery (parcels and pallets) take place every day.
You do not have any minimum order required in order to place an order on our website.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The transport costs are fixed or free if your order reaches the minimum order required in order to benefit from this free.
We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Return of your package
Any return request must be made from your customer account in order to be accepted by our services. In case of failure of the product, a prepaid return label will be sent to you.
Any order in attempt to deliver at home or in relay point by the carrier that could not have been delivered and / or recovered by the customer and that would come to be returned to us will be applied an administrative fee of 8.25 € HT, or 9.90 € TTC per package. These same fees will be applied to order returns not previously authorized by our services.
